small. Or we'll teach you to use our equipment on your own. And,
if we can't help you in-house, we'll let you know who can or
we'll use a qualified off-island vendor.
Honest pricing . . .
Even when we're the only place in town for a service, you won't
be overcharged. We've checked our prices against the mainland,
and we are very competitive. If we can help you save money, we'll
tell you the options and let you decide.
Reliability . . .
We guarantee that there will be at least one machine ready for
your use at all times or we'll have an alternative ready. We
charge a little extra so we can afford reliable service from
off island to make sure our machines providing quality copies.
Communication . . .
We'll let you know as soon as possible when a job is done, a
fax arrives, or a problem arises. We'll also do our best to clearly
communicate when your job can be done and any complications we
anticipate.
Our Community . . .
We're involved in, support, and understand the tight finances
of, non-profit groups. While we can't always donate our services,
we do make them as affordable as possible.
